Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a Diagno paid report on diagno.ee.

1. Seller and contact

Seller: Aleksandr Vatter (ettevõtluskonto). The seller is not registered for VAT. Contact, questions and complaints: contact form.

2. What we sell

Based on AI combined with our hands-on workshop experience and knowledge. Reports are generated automatically from our workshop knowledge base; a mechanic does not review each report individually.

A report is digital content: a written estimate generated automatically with AI from the fault code, car and description you enter.

3. Price and payment

Prices are final; no VAT or other charges are added. It is a one-time payment, no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe; only Stripe sees your card details.

4. Contract and confirmation

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. The report appears right after payment via a personal link. We send a confirmation by email with the product, price, order number, your consents and these terms.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content this right is lost if performance begins with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer acknowledges that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)(13), Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)).

Before payment we ask you to tick a separate box: “I ask you to start creating my report immediately after payment. I acknowledge that I thereby lose my 14-day right of withdrawal. I can still get a refund for an unusable report under Diagno's guarantee.” You can't buy without this consent. The time and text of the consent are stored with the order.

6. Money-back guarantee

Money back within 14 days if the report is unusable: empty or broken, wrong code or car, technical error, not delivered, or clearly contradicting what you entered. Just write to us via the contact form; if in doubt, we decide in the customer's favour.

Refunds go back to the same payment method (Stripe) within 5 business days. The guarantee does not apply if you simply disagree with a probability estimate. Duplicate purchases are always refunded. The guarantee does not limit your statutory rights if the digital content is not in conformity.

7. AI estimate, not a final diagnosis

AI estimate, not a final diagnosis. Please see a mechanic. The report shows likely causes. It is not a mechanic's diagnosis or an inspection and it can be wrong. Only an inspection of the car gives a definite answer.

8. Safety-related faults

We don't sell a paid report for brake, ABS/ESP, steering or airbag (SRS) faults. Such orders are refused and we send you straight to booking a diagnostic check. Don't continue driving; drive carefully straight to a mechanic.

9. Complaints and disputes

If something went wrong, write to us via the contact form and include your order number. We reply within 15 days. If we can't resolve it, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA): ttja.ee.
