What it means
The engine computer turns the camshaft using oil pressure so the valves open at the right moment. Right now the camshaft isn't where the computer wants it, or the computer can't drive the control valve properly. There is a signal, but the reading or operation isn't plausible. The cause may be the part itself or a real mechanical fault. Bank 2 is the side of a V engine without cylinder 1.

What you can check yourself
