C codes (brakes, ABS and chassis)
Cxx codes mainly cover: abs and esp, steering and chassis, battery, charging and glow plugs. Our list has 22 codes in this range. With most of them you can drive gently, but get the car checked soon. Repairs cost roughly €30–1200, depending on the fault. The most common are C0035, C0040, C0045.
